WAKE is a single-player arcade game. This policy explains, in plain terms, what the app handles and what it does not. The short version: the game keeps your progress on your own device, and it offers one optional purchase through Google Play. There are no accounts, there are no ads, and we do not run a server that stores information about you.
Your game state — your score, your settings, and the graveyard of past runs — is saved locally on your device only. It is not transmitted to us or to anyone else. You can erase it at any time by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app.
WAKE does not show ads. The app contains no advertising SDKs and does not collect or share an advertising identifier for ad purposes.
The game offers a single optional one-time purchase that unlocks extra features. Payment is processed by Google Play. We receive confirmation of whether the purchase was made; we do not receive or store your payment card or billing details.
WAKE is not directed to children. If you believe a child has used the app, clearing the app's storage removes all locally saved data.
We do not sell your data. We do not run a server that collects information about you. The only data exchange that occurs is between you and Google Play, solely to process your optional purchase, under Google's policies.
We hold no data about you on any server. Game data lives on your device until you clear it or uninstall.
